Alabama is fortunate to have a conservative, principled high court. In Place 3, however, the Court has struggled to deal with the backlog of cases created by the incumbent's inability to faithfully execute the duties of his office. In September 2008, the Court had to reduce the incumbent's staff to a single judicial assistant and staff attorney so that other members of the Court could hire additional staff to resolve cases and prevent further delays to litigants.
Justice delayed truly is justice denied. My background and record are demonstrative of the work-ethic and experience that are needed to end the backlog of cases in Place 3 and to remove the inequitable distribution of cases that have been forced upon the Court by the incumbent. I invite you to explore this website and learn about this issue and more.

Let's work together to get James elected to the Alabama Supreme Court.
